I’m excited to be sharing the first of several special opportunities to help you kick off both the new year and Thyroid Awareness Month!

In partnership with Paloma Health — the only virtual medical practice focusing specifically on hypothyroidism patients — I’m coordinating a 3-month free trial of their services!

You’re eligible to apply for the trial if you have Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism, and you’re not currently pregnant (or planning to become pregnant in the next three months.)

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE 3-MONTH FREE TRIAL?

Our trial program includes:

  • 2 free at-home Paloma thyroid blood test kits, measuring TSH, Free T4, Free T3, and Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPOAb)
  • A free medical consultation with a Paloma doctor
  • A free nutritional consultation with a Paloma expert
  • A free three-month supply of Paloma’s Daily Thyroid Care Supplement
  • Complimentary access to the Paloma Health app

We will be selecting 15 patients to participate in the trial.

During our 3-month trial period, I’ll be leading several virtual group sessions for orientation, support, and for you to share your feedback on your Paloma Health experience.

HOW TO APPLY

To apply, go to: www.palomahealth.com/3-months-thyroid-care and fill out a short application.

Make sure you apply soon, because the deadline for all submissions is January 13, 2021. (We’ll keep everyone who applies informed on the status, so watch for emails from Paloma Health.)

I look forward getting started soon on this exciting health journey!

May you feel well and live well in 2021!!

~ Mary

P.S. There’s space towards the end of the application for you to share why you’d like to participate in the free trial. Be sure to fill that out, as it’s an important factor in our selection process. THANKS!
